Last month, the energetic owners of Steelhead Diner announced that, due to popular demand, the restaurant will now be open seven days a week from 11 a.m. until 10 p.m.! You know I’ve written about Chef Kevin’s fabulous food a lot within this blog. This is one of the best Christmas gifts the Davises could have given the hungry hordes!
